If we are unable to recover your data, no matter how long we spend trying, there is no recovery charge. We get paid on results.
* The following exceptions may apply and will be assessed before you send the media to us-
- Tapes, RAID arrays and any hard disk drive that has been opened or recovery has been attempted by another data recovery company.
- File deletion, overwrites and circumstances where the data may not still exist or may not have existed.
- Complex one-off mechanical and machining work involving special tooling and design, where the likelihood of success is low or unknown.
- For our fast-track service an AUD 550 fee applies even if the data is deemed unrecoverable.
