Melbourne office closed

Our Melbourne Office is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 as required by the Victorian Government.

The good news is, if  you are in Victoria and need our help, we can still help you get your data back fast! We ask that you post or courier your device to our Sydney/Concord, NSW lab until our office in Melbourne re-opens. We can test, quote, recover your data and ship it back to you, delivered to your door.

Our staff in Melbourne are working from home to help provide customer service by telephone and email. If you have an existing job or device with us, it will now be in Concord, NSW instead of our Melbourne, VIC office, for safe keeping. During this time, we will be offering free delivery back to you as we are NOT allowing pickup from our Melbourne office.

During this time, you will NOT be able to visit our office in person in Melbourne. Access is restricted to the building and our office on Level 11. Do not attempt to visit our Melbourne office in person.

The good news is, if you need our help – we ARE still accepting new jobs and would love to help you!
The main change is that you will be asked to post/courier your device to us instead of visiting in person in Melbourne.

All other offices (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth) are all open and you are welcome to deliver your device to us in person.

If you wish to, you may deliver your device to our reception team at our reception desk. They will promptly hand your device to our data recovery engineers. Our data recovery engineers are not providing face to face customer service at this time as instructed by our management to allow us to serve you in a safe, low risk way. We can still help you via telephone, TeamViewer remote access, email, and live chat on this web site.

Before you visit our office, please follow the below instructions:

  • Complete a submit a job form online via our website, via this link –  submit a job form online
  • Print out the job form with the information you have entered, you will receive this via email, and deliver the device to our office.
  • If you are unable to print the form, please include the job number attached to your device with paper, a post-it-note, sticker, or anything else for us.

If you plan to send the drive to us, please follow the below instructions:

  • Complete a submit a job form online via our website, via this link –  submit a job form online
  • Print out the job form with the information you have entered, and the mailing label, you will receive both of these via email.
  • Pack you device with bubble wrap, making sure it is secure in a box and does not move. Include the job form with the device.
  • Attach our mailing label to the box and send your device to us by post or courier. We strongly advise using a delivery option with a tracking number and signature on delivery where possible.

Once we receive the device at our office, you will be notified by email.

At present, if you wish to collect anything from our office, please call us or email us before you visit, so we can have it ready for you to pick up from our reception desk. You will be asked to show a photo ID when you collect anything from us.
